About the Journal
Bible and Christian Antiquity is a journal founded by the Department of Theology of the Moscow Theological Academy and represents one of the scholarly activities of the Center for the Study of Patristics and Christian Antiquity. The publication includes previously unpublished original texts in Ancient Greek, Latin, and Eastern languages; translations, commentaries, research articles, reviews, surveys, chronicles of events and academic publications, as well as annotated bibliographies (thematic or author-based) of monographs and journals devoted to biblical studies, patristics, and the history of Christianity in the East and West.
The main aims and objectives of the journal are to present new academic materials in the fields of research and translation, to publish reviews of works by Russian and Western scholars, and to familiarize Russian-speaking readers with issues and publications in foreign languages.
